We're renovating and changed our door trim to 3/4". Our original strike plates would require 'cut-outs' in the 3/4" trim to allow for the 'lip', or better, we buy an extended lip strike plate. These work great.
Had issues with door latch hitting door trim before closing and these extended strike plates solved the problem. Ordered one and it worked so well ended up placing two more orders. Colors matched existing hardware and shipment was quick. Thanks Stone Harbor!

The brackets are about the same size as the home depot everbilt brackets so if you're looking for matte black versions that everbilt doesn't provide, these ones will work if you're looking for similar brackets. The back piece is the same base size as the everbilt ones so you don't have to worry about patching holes or painting, the screws also reach and are snug in the stud as well with 5/8 drywall. Pretty good delivery time as well it came a day or two earlier than expected, recommended even if one is 8$ compared to other places selling it 3-6$, very good brackets.
