Bi-Fold Closet Knob Backplate

Not only are the bi-fold door backplates practical as far as securing the knobs to the door, they cover anything that doesn’t have a well finished or damaged area behind or around the knob.
I have bought knob plates for my home, then both my daughter’s homes, and now my grandson’s first place.
To match my interior, I have decorated knobs that the bronze backplate really brought to life. Yes, my knobs look even more beautiful!
For the other homes, the satin nickel was more appropriate.
We have had many compliments on the way on doors look.

Most of our closet, folding doors and pantry had a large handle 2 inch wood knob. When it was time to paint all the doors and replace knobs, I couldn't find anything with a handle large enough to cover the circle that had been ground into the doors from all those years of use. Stone Harbor Hardware SAVED US! This 2 inch circle backplate hid the circular indentation and we added a nice contemporary handle on top. We did need to use a longer screw, but it all worked out and looks great! Great quality, fast shipping, nice packaging, A+ experience with Stone Harbor Hardware.

This was purchased to fix a door handle set that the builder installed in a crooked manner. After a new lower handle mounting hole was drilled I used the knob plate to cover the original hole and remount the handle.

Our kitchen doors and drawers were getting wear scratches around the knob’s from usage. Rather than a repaint I started to look for a better solution. Your backer plates were just the answer I wanted. I installed the plates an every one is happy.
